RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love our product but in the event that it is not quite right we offer a returns policy for goods returned to us in their original condition with all labels still attached.

To return an item you MUST notify us in writing by email of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt of goods and receive a Return Authorization Number. Please email info@dinaudupa.com

Please ensure you send the goods back within 10 days of receiving them, so we can process your refund or exchange.

Please note that return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are faulty. We advise to send by special delivery so the goods can be tracked as they are your responsibility until they reach our premises.

If you have had any custom alterations the goods cannot be returned.

Please note goods are deemed classified as faulty if they are received faulty. Please note that items that are damaged through wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We will refund your payment card as soon as we receive your goods in the original condition with labels still attached, however dependent on credit card type this can take up to 10 days to show on your statement. Please allow for this.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You must write on top of the box, and on necessary documentation that the goods are a return purchase, otherwise you may be liable for import duty.
